During four intense festival weeks, Cedric Van Mol provided vegetarian lunches for the 35-strong team at Kunstenfestivaldesarts, and his contribution was greatly appreciated by the team.
Every day, Cedric surprised us with original, refined and tasty dishes. His menus showed great creativity, with combinations such as pasta with tikka cashew tomato sauce, with scamorza, or his Chinese cucumber salad with kimchi, and a daring oat risotto with caramelised onion cream. The diversity and quality of the meals were a daily highlight.
In addition to his culinary talents, Cedric also proved to be an extremely professional partner. Communication with the team went smoothly, he carefully took into account all reported allergens and managed to achieve all this within the set budget.
Cedric was an indispensable link who ensured the well-being of the entire team with his delicious and healthy cuisine. Highly recommended.

For our team meeting at Belfius Direct Insurance, we were looking for a caterer who could deliver quickly. We soon found Cedric van Bouffe. Communication was smooth and professional. He proposed a varied and original menu, which we were immediately enthusiastic about. The delivery was punctual, the portions generous, and most importantly, the flavours were excellent.
